Boxmoor Lodge offers a choice of two venues on site to host a reception that accommodates your needs. The Conservatory Restaurant can accommodate from 30 to 64 guests and also boasts a cocktail bar and attractive terrace – ideal for those reception drinks in the summer.
The spectacular Boxmoor Lodge Marquee, with its own private bar and picturesque gardens is a splendid setting and can seat from 70 to 120 guests for a truly personal wedding breakfast, while the evening reception, disco and buffet can accommodate 150 guests, which features our resident DJ and a dance floor with state of the art ‘sound ceiling’.

Ensuring that personal touch
We appreciate how personal your wedding plans are and our team will work with you on every detail of your wedding from the creation of bespoke menus and catering arrangements to themes, flowers and entertainment. We are also on hand to help take care of accommodation requirements with twenty-five comfortable bedrooms including two four-poster bedrooms.
We aim to take as much of the stress out of planning your wedding as possible. This is where Mark Hicks comes in - he and his team use all of their experience and expertise to ensure that everything is taken care of just as you would like it.

One thing you can be certain of at Boxmoor Lodge is the high quality of the catering. Our chefs pride themselves on creating menus befitting your occasion while we also boast a fine cellar of wine and champagne to ensure the drinks complement the cuisine.
Menus for Children
Children up to the age of 12 can have a choice of having a smaller portion from the menu or if you would prefer to choose one of the following. (Children will be charged at half price)
Drinks Reception
You are welcome to choose from either the Bucks Fizz or the Pimms reception package or if you would prefer, a drinks package tailor made from our extensive wine list can be quoted for. Extra drinks or wine can be organised for guests. We can offer you the option of having an account or cash bar.
