Welcome to our Conservatory Restaurant.
A new menu is prepared every two months by our Chefs Stuart Ambury, Tracey Robertson & Philip Bandy who proudly present to you our April / May Menu. The restaurant is open for Dinner Monday to Saturday with last orders at 9.30 p.m. and Lunch Tuesday to Friday 12:00 until 1:45p.m. last orders.

STARTERS


Chicken Livers and pink peppercorn parfait 

Served with rustic bread – £4.50

Chef’s Freshly prepared Soup of the Day
Served with a warm roll – £3.50

Lightly toasted muffin topped with Smoked Haddock
spinach and a poached egg. Knapped with cheese sauce – £5.50

Pan Fried strips of Chicken
in a honey and sesame seed dressing on a bed of oriental salad – £4.50 

King Prawn Cocktail
topped with a coriander and chilli guacamole – £5.50

Roasted Greek Vegetables and feta cheese tartlet

served with chunky chips & mixed peppercorn sauce – £12.50

served with all the traditional trimmings – £9.50

Pan seared fillets of Rainbow Trout
Stuffed with shellfish roasted and served in a lemon, garlic and parsley butter served with a timbale of red rice – £13.50

Cannelloni stuffed with spicy vegetables
topped with a roasted cherry tomato sauce, finished with a chive crème fraiche – £12.50

Pasta of the Sea
Assorted fish and shellfish in a pernod and fennel cream sauce – £15.00

Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steak
with tomato, mushrooms, chefs own onion rings and 'Lodge' chips – £19.50

Half roasted Mr Waller’s duck on Oriental Vegetables
With a ginger and lime sauce and chilli and coriander noodles – £14.50


Pan fried Calves Liver
Layered with bacon on horseradish mash with a rich red wine and onion jus – £14.50

Chicken Stilton
Chicken supreme stuffed with stilton butter wrapped in smoked bacon served on colcannon with a leek cream sauce – £15.50

A Senior Citizens two course luncheon is available each Thursday at £12 including coffee.  Last orders 1:45pm
